A scientist and his family are captured by Sloane. Sydney and Vaughn go to save them, but are caught by Sloane, who requires that Sydney drive his getaway car. |

Episode 14: Double AgentSydney works with Lennox but then learns that there is a double Lennox. They learn that this doubling process has been used on someone else as well. Evil Francie watches as Sydney and Vaughn sleep together. |

Episode 13: Phase One (Post Super Bowl Episode)The CIA is able to verify intel found by Sydney on a plane by telling Dixon the truth and getting him to hack SD-6 servers. This allows them and allied intelligence organizations worldwide to raid and destroy all Alliance offices. They save Jack, who tried to get the intel an easier was but was compromised after Sloane’s replacement discovers his double agent status. Sydney and Vaughn kiss. Will and Francie kiss. Francie is killed by a look-alike working for Sloane. |

Episode 12: The GetawayKane accuses Jack, who works with Irina to find that Kane was actually the person sending things to Sloane. However, it turns out that Sloane framed Kane, he faked her murder so she could remain alive. After a mission, Sydney and Vaughn go on a date. SD-6 finds out, but they somehow manage to stay out of trouble. |

Episode 7: CounteragentVaughn may have an illness, and Irina tells Sydney where to get the antidote. She is caught by Sark who makes her allow him access to Sloane – to kill him. She does, however Sark chooses partnership with Sloane instead of murder. |

Episode 6: SalvationSydney and Vaughn are tested for a disease they may have gotten while in Taipei. Sydney saves her mother from the death penalty and her father from major sentencing by kidnapping a senator and lying to him. |

Episode 5: The IndicatorVaughn finds out about Jack's framing of Irina. Francie's restaurant opens. Sydney learns about a program to train kids as spies run by an enemy agency. She remembers some of the puzzles and discovers that she was in a CIA version of the program, called Project Christmas, a project run by Jack. |

Episode 4: Dead DropSydney escapes from the ice. She goes on a mission to find "The Bible", where she is unsuccessful: Sark gets it. The CIA is able to track Sark and sends Sydney and Vaughn to retrieve it. However, Jack rigs the building to explode to try and discredit Irina. |

Episode 3: CipherSydney goes to see Irina against Jack's advice. The CIA goes to Siberia on intel from Will's hypno-therapy session. There, Sydney runs into Sark and slips through the ice, the air-exposed water freezing above her, trapping her in. |

Episode 2: Trust MeIrina is put in prison. The CIA wants Sydney to go and see her, however Vaughn goes instead. Sydney doesn’t trust her mother's intel and causes the alarm to go off. Francie makes plans for her restaurant, Will gets probation. |
