I noticed there is a Latest Topics widget, but what about a Latest Posts instead of or as well as Latest Topics. This way members can easily see the latest discussion going on at the moment.

You can check out the latest posts by going to "View New Content " on the top right. I think it would look messy if we had the latest posts and if we did end up getting lots it would be hard to keep track of and lose it's purpose.
